TERMS |
Net 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Terms of sale are subject to credit approval. To expedite initial
order, pre-payment is suggested. All past due balances are subject
to a late charge of 1.5% per month. |

MINIMUM ORDERS |
Minimum order is $10.00(suggested).
You can send your orders by Mail, Telephone, FAX, or E-Mail via the
internet. Your orders may be sent by fax or E-mail orders will be
confirmed upon receipt of the transmission, within that day or by
the next business day morning. To assure accuracy, please place orders
by stock number. ADD-ON ORDERS… We will make every effort to
add to an order already in process. However, due to the number of
UPS and FedEx pickups during the day, it may be necessary to treat
add-ons as new orders. |

BACKORDERS |
Backorders after a period of 90 days
or less than $30.00 will be automatically cancelled. |

FRIGHT |
All orders are shipped the same day
as received. We can ship your order via United
Parcel Service, Federal Express, or U.S. Postal Service. We
will ship your order by the most convenient method. The delivery charges
will be added on your orders. |

NEW ACCOUNTS |
Pleased request and complete our credit
application form. Orders will be shipped upon approval of credit.

RETURNS |
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
Please contact us in the event of damaged or defective merchandise.
All returns are to be made within ten (10) days of purchase. No merchandise
will be accepted without prior authorization. Please include a copy
of your invoice with your return and package properly. Merchandise
must be in saleable condition. We do not accept returns on single
leaves or mats, special order items or custom imprinted items. All
packages retuned to us refused or non-deliverable will be subject
to a reshipping fee. |
