In the event of an emergency at your location (Floods, fires, Property Damage, etc.) requiring clean up or other tasks, YOUNG’S MAINTENANCE COMPANY has the personnel available 24 hours a day, seven day a week, at your directions for a specified rate.

Commnuications: One of the common and frequent complain in our industry is lack of communication. YOUNG'S MAINTENANCE COMPANY has studied this issue and developed several methods of communication;

1. Our operation department personnel and supervisors are bi-lingual for your convenience.
2. We maintain a log book at your designated area, in which be initialed and the book will be checked everyday for any special instructions or requests.
3. In order to find out how service is being perfumed, our customer service representive will make monthly visits to your location or make monthly phone calls.
4. Customer service phone line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
5. Personnel carry pagers and are equipped with celluar phones.
6. Monthly written Quality Control Reports and Physical Inspections are maintain on your account.

Management and Supervision

The primary element in the successful performance of contract janitorial service is management and supervision, top management of the janitorial service operation.
Directory under the General Manager, John Hwang who is headquartered at our main office, directs and supervises a number of Operation Managers. The Operation Managers are in charge of special geographic areas.

The Operation Manager's Primary purpose is to increase the operation effectiveness of all the people under his supervision. He train and assist his personnel, calls on our customers and assist them with any problems they may have. He is fully responsible for maintaini the quality of our services. Front line, on the job supervision is handled by the Supervisor or crew Foreman who works from six o'clock in the evening to three o'clock in the morning.

Quality Control Program

Young's Maintenance Company will establish a complete Quality Control program to assure the specified requirement of the contract provided.

The program shall include, but not be limited, to the following :

1. An inspection system concerning all of ther services stated in the cleaning requirements.
   Check list used in inspecting contract performances during regularly scheduled or unscheduled inspections.
   
2. The check list shall include every area of the operation serviced by Young's Maintenance Co. as well as every task required in the quality services before the level of performance becomes unacceptable.

Regardless of the floor type or types o flooring you have in your building, if they are to have a pleasing appearance and provide the years of service you have the right to expect, there are several importants factors that simply cannot be overlooked.
